Attention Dwarf Hill: Shockedfrog stole one of our wagons and dumped the logs at Clayshire in an attempt to frame them. He is keeping our wagon still, and this is shortly after he stole one of their wagons full of leather. If you see him, do not hesitate to fire or stab as necessary.

Oh that rascal Shockedfrog. Always up to something. Henious or not.

Mostly heinous though.

KILL THE BASTARD.

There has been a lot of deforestation. Walk further to perhaps see an apple tree (or a pine tree, but these are quite rare). Last time I checked there was one at the Ring of Brodgar.

Isnt there a way to plant trees? And are trees really necessary anyways?

Yes, and somewhat.

Tree planting is now supported.  It's a laborious process with two timers, so it both takes a lot of time and requires a lot of logged-in time.

Right now, cabins are status symbols.  You can live without a cabin, by just setting up a claim with some containers to hold your stuff.

There are enough stumps remaining to supply a lot of wood blocks.  But some items and constructions require boards, and you can only get boards from trees, not stumps.

So... we really could use harvest helpers/more harvesters, right? Generally, more manpower...

Well, Clayshire decided to prove that they're better human beings than the rest of us and quickly deforested a small area and then built a cart from the trees, and gave that cart to us. The only thing officially missing is Hawkfrost's chest of stuff, which was mostly tools that we already had enough of. I mean, we already had more tools per job than people.

Two/three quivers of bone arrows isn't worth a sword?
