Romeo and Juliet Mafia

Yes, that's right. Romeo and Juliet. It's an odd concept, but you will control certain characters from the play, all with different end-goals and abilities. You won't know the abilities (Unless you have certain abilities), but, each Night will be Scene 1 of the Act. Most actions will be publicly displayed (but not any information gathered) and they will be shown in the form of a play, such as:

Curtains lift to reveals Romeo finding Lord Capulet.
Romeo (to Capulet): Ah, lame. Where's your hot daughter?
Tybalt enters.
Tybalt: Have at thee!
They fight.
Romeo falls.
Romeo: Dude! Not cool!
Romeo dies.
Capulet: Take that, you ignorant slut.
Curtains fall.

In case you didn't understand, Romeo targeted Capulet, and Tybalt targeted Romeo. At the beginning, you will know who is in the play and your role and its ability(s) and the teams and that is it. Just watch out!

So, does anyone think this is insane enough to work and are they willing to play?

I think that this could work, and I would definitely play it. With a vengeance.

It would definitely be entertaining and chaotic.

I can't think of any major problems yet.

We should talk about victory conditions. Stuff like;

Romeo
Victory conditions: Marry Juliet, survive, have Juliet survive.

Actually, here's what I want to experience with.

Romeo and Juliet are lovers. If you kill one Lover, the other Lover dies. Romeo's win condition is to ensure both Romeo and Juliet survive, so that Romeo can marry Juliet.

Juliet's win condition, on the other hand, is to ensure that Romeo dies. Juliet found the love of her life after all, and she knows for a fact that the best way to ruin a relationship to engage in this "marriage" business. She prefer to engage in romantic sucidice instead after seeing Romeo killed. Getting killed first instead the same...

I can't think of anything else for the other roles though. Not at the moment.
