WA, I never said CJ is a Doppleganger. However, he is trapped under the finger of one, namely you. You've been using lies and deceit to get Power Roles like me killed by day, while using CJ's trustworthyness and access to info to assassinate those who you wouldn't cast suspicion on by day... and you even ADMIT to using deciet!

Secondly, because I voice a reasonable suspicion against WA, his hand jump form his "#1 target" to me? I call him out, and he gets defensive. Its beyond obvious!

White-knighting you say? Org isn't exactly a damsel in distress, why would you go out of your way to protect such a shady character?

Specifically because I was almost certain that he would be attacked, and like I'd said, at that time I figured that the Mad Scientist thing was a shoe in for Town. If Dopples had gone for him in the night, I'd have cleared him for certain.

As a happy accident of the narrative blurbs, Protectors can safely and privately "investigate" what roles are out there by guarding someone who is attacked, and can get a Paranoya Barometer for the Dopples/Town, and an indication of whose side your target is on judging by who/what attacked him:

A) Town would attack him based on personal mistrusts or the goading of others, and in late game can indicate who trusts the word of who. A War Vet in the early game, however, could just as soon attack a Dopp as they could a Townie.
B) Dopps would attack in order to nix someone who they feared could become trusted. A Dopple attack on your Protection Target precludes them from being a Dopp, since they wont attack their own.

I tried to keep this concise but understandable. Hope it helps.

As you can see, there is no "exhaustively constructed conspiracy theory" here, save for the one WA is spinning to CJ here. Everything I've said is supported by actions and observations... apparently, in the WA regime, giving logical reasons to suspect people is an offense punishable by death.


Either way... Archangel, Alexhans, Nuke, Inaluct... you've seen the evidence of WA's deception: He's got most of us caught in a convenient lie, including CJ, the one person everyone can trust implicitly. I can resign myself to lynching, because when I flip, he wont be able to blow this one over.

I did Protect WA last night. You forget, CJ, that you are open to all conduits of information, including Doppleganger PMs. A Dopple Reporter who had access to current "suspicions" could easily and safely lie to you about who my target was, especially if they were privy to your diagnostic criteria.

Just saying, someone let me in on their webadict group quicktopic thing, and in it (their's) he said that the groups were segregated by experience. All of them are named something good (ie, Star Four).

Personally, I was in the group with Org, Solifuge, and Archangel. Org was a doppl, so they already know all of this, but the town might not.

So, either webadict is lying and the groups weren't segregated based on experience, or I am much less competent than I had previously assumed. :I

Up until Org was lynched, I was strongly considering lynching webadict. The thing is, though, that busing a power roll doppl would be a very bad move on the first night for the doppls. Webadict wasn't just suspicious of Org, he told me (via PM) that he was sure of Org's dopplness.

There are two possibilities:
1. Webadict is a doppl who bused Org to try and get a town base formed around him. With Josh as our invincible voteless proven townie, it's very unlikely that that's gonna happen. Also, if webadict were a doppl, he would have let up on lynching Org after he had seen that the town now had an activated Ghost.

2. Webadict is a townie. To me, this seems more probable.

Keep in mind, you guys shouldn't fully trust webadict. The thing is, though, that it isn't very likely that he's a dopp.
