One more perk: Moar Dakka!: Gives a discount to all automatic weapons and their ammo. Discount increases as fire rate/amount of ammo of purchased item rises

Any of the perks posted recently are suggested. The perks on the front page are the official ones for now. We're just waiting on Luke for the accept/reject decision for them.
