http://www.ottawasun.com/news/canada/2009/05/25/9557321-sun.html

So, I live in the Ottawa region (in Canada) and a chinese breed of silver carp are advancing though our rivers and lakes. If you read the article, it says that these carp are a jumping breed, and can slam into boats, knocking sailors off. Apparently there's also a youtube video that shows a carp jumping from the water, and slamming into a sailor's nads. These carp are trained hunters, merciless and unforgiving.

I now understand how they've killed so many of my dorfs.

Chinese bred? I'm starting to wonder if the Chinese are really dwarfs.

Do you understand how many rivers we have?!

My solution is that we fire randomly into the water until they all are dead.

What about the poor, sweet waterfoul!?!

If they are sweaty, then they are weird mutant waterfowl.  Probably better off, since sweating is a poor survival trait for birds.

The waterfoul around here isn't that nice, or sweet.

Now moose, THATS some damn good meat right there.
Deer can work too, but it's just not the same.

It depends on the animal, maybe you got a bad one.
Or you just don't like the taste.

But I think its soooo much better than beef.

Reindeer meat is pretty good too, Muskox taste good too..
Seal is ok but I prefer other meat.. Whale dosn't taste bad either.
Tough Polar bear meat is supposedly to have somekind of toxins in it's meat, so I have never tasted that..

It's either the liver or the kidney.

It's either the liver or the kidney.

Liver. It processes toxins and stores troublesome side products. Kidneys are just very sophisticated filters, they can contain a bit of toxins, but they're not ment to hold on to things.
Plus, the liver of a polar bear stores enough vitamin A to kill a human...
