So, I live in the Ottawa region (in Canada) and a chinese breed of silver carp are advancing though our rivers and lakes. If you read the article, it says that these carp are a jumping breed, and can slam into boats, knocking sailors off. Apparently there's also a youtube video that shows a carp jumping from the water, and slamming into a sailor's nads. These carp are trained hunters, merciless and unforgiving.

I now understand how they've killed so many of my dorfs.

Anyways, We used to have insane line-snapping finger-chomping Perch in our lakes. Then they took off the limit on them.

I've always wanted to try seal, so I'm jealous that the GG got to try it and I still haven't. She said it tasted like sushi. I luuuuuurve sushi, well, more than I lurve mudkipz.

Here in Greenland, when the hunting season for them is on, this is quite common..
But I do prefer it cooked.. Tough I have a fondness for dried (raw) reindeer meat.

Actually, it derives from Barbara of Sanskrit, meaning unintelligible speech, which moved into Proto-indo-european, meaning the same thing, and onto Greek meaning Foreign, then to Latin, Barbaricus meaning Foreign, strange, or outlandish.
