Unfortunatly I have no way of uploading hand drawings to PC, and my MS paints skills wouldn't do it justice but...

I was playing Genesis mod as a werewolf, main skill: Throwing. I wandered into the bandit game and was summoning fire arrows and shooting them with a stolen bow, unfortuantly because werewolve cant put points into bows, I kept missing, all the while the melee bandits were getting closer. So I said, Bugger it, and just started throwing flaming arrows by hand. Generally disabling them with the hits from the arrow and then the fire finishing them off. Eventually I had killed most of them, except the Leader who i couldnt find. So I wander amongst the flaming trees and ash until the guy popped out from the smoke and started hitting me pretty damn hard. At this point, It was past time for throwing. On top of a small hill surronded my a burnign forest they fought, him with a sword and armour and A werewolf holding a flaming arrow stabbing it into him. Fortuantly I got lucky and a lucky stab knocked him to the ground. I stepped back, threw a bunch of flaming arrows. As his blood boiled I walked away, Into the sunset.

Alternatly you can tell the tale of how that werewolf later fell in a river, couldnt get out and when night fell, the river froze over.

9Dots, your rug image fills me with terror and a grand feeling of majesty. I don't know why.

And also, my first thought upon seeing the rug was 'This is an artifact engraving of a rug. The rug is spinning. 9dots is laughing. Bay 12 Forumites are in the fetal position. This rug menaces with spikes of animation.'

Happyness! Bug wrestling!

And my favorite part about .........'s artwork is the reactions from others.

Someone want to draw an adventurer who takes hours to finally bleed out from an arrow to the neck, long after having already killed the ones who did it?

Bonus points for the alternate ending where he survives and keeps the arrow around in a few more adventures before retiring (Never checked if he still had it after retirement..)

Awesome picture.  I especially like the plush squirrel-thing, and that macewoman's expression.

Those are some huge Goblins I tell you what. :P

Then again it is hard to capture the terror of an undersleep assault when the opposition are the size of children.

They're only a bit smaller than humans... Those gobboes look pretty accurate to me. Not quite as rag-tag and goofy as I usually picture them, though, far more menacing. Maybe that's why I'm always shocked at the horrors committed by them? :P

Also, I set it as my desktop background. That's how awesome it is.

the only survivor of that fateful night.
later went on to build a town on top of the corpses of those he slayed on that day.
named, "IrimaComatose" off of the lazy-good-for-nothing-elf that slept through the event.
There in the middle of the town is a Bronzed statue with Sir Ivan BeardedAxe standing on piles of goblin bodies and Irima's limp bodyStuff doll over his shoulder.

Missed art like this  :D

And for all my life, this is the only forum where people post frequent art, no matter how simple or complex they are.

I love DF.

Just wish my scanner would stop staining my papers with colored lines when it uploads...
