I had an interesting development in my adventure today. Xaki BeastBorn, my human "wrestler" (uses striking, kicking, misc objects and throwing as well) was given a quest to kill a mountain titan. I was concerned that this would be his final battle, but thankfully his heroic actions had earned him a ridonculous number of meatshields friends, which made me feel secure enough to attempt it. Soon Xaki and his loyal companions arrived at the shrine of the beast, which was littered with mutilated corpses and bones everywhere, and in the center of it all was the beast itself...
"Slux Rosedawned the Tin Natures of Panting was a mountain titan. It was the only one of its kind. A huge blob composed of snow, it has three long hanging tails and it has an austere look about it"
Seriously? I'm fighting an angry tailed snowball? K...
So it starts to charge (roll?) at me and i decide to weaken it by throwing some shit at it.
*throws one arrow*
*the damn thing explodes*
"Wat..."
And that's the story. One arrow and i killed the fearsome Titan Frosty the snowman Slux the blah blah blah. I know this is a draw your adventure thread, but trust me, it's better this way. I'm absolutely terrible at drawing, i can't even do stickmen lol. I can't help but wonder how it managed to kill so many dorfs in its lifetime though. Maybe they all had a bit too much *Dwarven Wine* beforehand.
Oh, one last thing that i find thoroughly amusing - this was a mountain titan, living in the desert and made out of snow. Don't ever change, DF.
