Firebreathing shopkeeper?

I added the ability to play Adventure mode as a dragon. I attacked a human shopkeeper and he beat the shit out of me whilst wrestling (I was also an Accomplished Wrestler) and then.. breathed fire at me. See for yourself:

1. Are you sure he was human?

2. Are you sure you didn't mod humans with [DRAGONFIREBREATH]?

Note that if you copied the entity data from humans, then dragons would use exacly same icons from settlements. Hard to distinguish.

He was a human, and I didn't mod Humans at all.

What makes you think he was a human?  According to the combat log, your adventurer is lying on the ground, so that 'D' has to be the Shopkeeper.  D as in Dragon.

Did you add creatures without generating a new world, or switch the order of creature raws?

Point on your shopkeeper and show his description (which says he's a human), also check your errorlog.txt.
