Catapult arc error

first catapult shot rocks into the air, that then fell one z-level with a normal spread, and significant distance.

Second catapult fired rocks into the air that then fell 3 z-levels. These rocks formed a perfectly straight line 13 rocks long, also forming much closer to the catapult's base, in spite of the increased height

Yeah, known issue.  Siege engines, catapults in particular, are completely broken with regard to the Z-axis -- they never really got updated for it.  There's a whole dev item for it:

# Req475, SIEGE ENGINES AND THE Z AXIS, (Future): Siege engines need to respect the z axis.

It'll probably get worked on when Toady is making improvements to sieges in general, which will probably be the next major version after the one he's currently working on.
