Smoking Gun?
« on: May 21, 2009, 10:21:47 am »

I've been adding new weapons to my game lately.  My favorite so far is a nice musket.  My Marksdwarves use them well.  But I wonder, is it possible to make a weapon produce smoke when it is fired?  I personally would assume not, since there's nothing like firearms in the regular game (Except MAYBE dragon breath / fireballs), but it's always a good idea to ask on the chance that someone might.

 No tags for smoke generation.
 Not yet, anyway.

Although you would have to decrease the firing rate anyway.

Buck up friendo, we're all on the level here.
I would bet money Andrew has edited things retroactively, except I can't prove anything because it was edited retroactively.

Alright, thanks.  I had always figured out that fire rates aren't changeable, but I wanted to know about smoke as well.  Here's to hoping we get some tags for it for the next release.
