Voting For Animals
« on: May 21, 2009, 12:31:15 am »

I suggset that if Animal Rights are L+, animals would be allowed to vote. However, animals would need assistance in voting. After all, they cannot communicate their preferences within English, and they may not have sufficent intelligence to understand the complexities of American government. Therefore, it would be necessary to have some Liberal Lawyers be able to represent the Animals at the polls. These Liberal Lawyers would talk with the animals, figure out what is in the best interest of the animals, and cast the ballots for the animals for the candinate that would best benieft the animal.

Basically, if Animal Rights goes to L+, Liberals get a 45% block vote instead of the regular 40%. The 5% extra block represent all the animals who now are able to vote in elections.

This strikes me as the sort of L++ thing that doesn't happen until after the LCS has won.

I'd have to agree with you there.

Isn't the L+ animal rights "Animals are people too"?  Only a wicked conservative would try to deny a person's right to vote.

While we elite liberals all recognized a persons right to vote, we see that some are not equipped for the task, like children, conservative court members, etc.
