Managing jobs/skills

I hear there is a program to manage my dwarves skills and professions. Is this true? Right now I'm using a huge text document to manage the dwarves.

in wiki, under "utilities".  The above, or Dwarf Manager.

As w/ any 3rd party add-ons, some glitches may occur. Use w/ caution.
