I need somebody to send me links for Ironblood, Morul, and Tholtig. D:
Anywho, these rewards are seemingly easy to obtain.

Remember this one, I did this with two water reactors ( 27x27x3 ) .

Did you actually USE all that power, or just produce it?
Hey, making many failed attempts of water clocks takes a lot of energy to power, and rig up to power!
That and stacking two mist generator arrays ( the stack doubles mist making ) large enough to cover the main hall, yes, it is fun.

While I'm not the type to be able to think up creative names, I thought I'd reference
this thread from a year ago as a good source of inspiration for achievements

I do....I'm nice to my nobles I give them everything they ask for when I can.  The only oddity is the hammerer, who gets everything he asks for through a food chute and well behind a constructed wall where his front door used to be.  His rooms are nice though...

My DM gets royal quarters, royal dining room, royal EVERYTHING, because he actually has a use (namely, taming GCS and Giant Eagles)

come on. we all know you never did it.

Depends on how you define noble. The DM lives in luxury. The king can stay, because he makes no demands. Same thing goes for the philosopher. The mayor is forced on you, but he at least does the work of a normal dwarf (making him actually useful, especially since he's usually a founder and highly skilled). Same things go for the other appointed nobles.

Since they just get replaced, you try to keep the forced nobles with easy demands. Gotta love a billon/bin baron when you're sitting on a mountain of tetrahedrite, or that iron throne hammerer. Even better is the tax collector who always forbids the export of tables (unless that's your main export, in which case you're screwed anyways because they make lousy export goods). So yea, it's a common achievement. Just no reason to commit noblecide randomly, only butcher the annoying ones.

At least the baron gets to tell the elves to piss off, making him marginally useful.

Somebody should compile all of these and make an acheivement program, where you click the acheivement when you've done it.

You all do know that we everytime we gen a world in DF, a new universe is created somewhere, and everytime we delete a save we kill a whole world?
Aye, we are Armok, god of blood, evil, villager gutting, fortress building, legend making and elf thongs.

ACHIEVEMENT UNLOCKED!!!

But seriously. We have the newer version released and everything, and we also have plenty of new material to work with as well thanks to it. Let's make use of it.

Thanks to someone's sig that I noticed, it got me thinking "Is the achievement generator finally updated and visible again?". Thinking so, I decided to investigate. Yep, it looks like everything is up and running again (and I also made necessary updates with mine and related (Bloodfist finally has the achievement visible again and it's unlocked)).

So, without further ado, let's see if we can get this thread back to it's former glory and see what new stuff we can toss in here.

Here's one to (re)start:
(Personally 40d-Based)

Ex: Currently working on New Wavehandle (AKA- Return to Wavehandle, in DFMA). Amazingly, more progress has been done in 2 years than ever in the 7 years of Old Wavehandle. Yeah, by the time it meets up, it'll be so much better.

And another:

Bloodfist counts as a Military Mashup Machine (mentioned in the DF community tropes page, and another time in the DF crowning moments (though vaguely as "an airship", but an awesome bit of engineering nonetheless)).

Funny story, there should be a thread about it somewhere (Search is your friend).

The airship is just merely Armok's Gauntlet. There's still more to the rest of his armor. (IE- Armok's Greaves could be a tank, for example)

Yes, that is the silhouette of a Carippoparpamus (AKA- Carippo).

P.S.- I was wondering when this thread would be able to get revived. It'll take a moment, but I might get some old ideas brewing again.
