I need some quick off-topic help...

Could someone PLEASE tell me how to insert a picture into a post? I need to make sure I am doing it correctly, because it isn't working for me.  :(

Bay 12 dosn't allow you to directly upload a picture to the site to help bandwidth.  You have to upload to some image hosting site like Photobucket or Imageshack or what have you then paste the link the site supplies to you into your post.
