Has anyone every had a chareter die while going on a rampage in a town and have their body dishonored in some way BESIDES being impaled on a big stick in the legends?

I've only ever been taken down by the guards once. By the time I died I was little more then a left leg, a right hand and a pile of gore.

So I've never even gotten the impaled one, if only because it would be similar to nailing jello to the wall.

Hell, I've had my body be impaled on a stick just for failing to kill a herd of troglodytes.

You mean being crucified? Or actual impaling.

I'm pretty sure characters can be eaten or fed to the beasts too in Legends. Not sure if the same applies to adventurers though.

I think they can also be ripped to pieces.

In the legends, there are a variety of ways to be horribly murdered. Not all of them apply to adventurers though. I think some of the ways not mentioned here are:

Crucified
Hung from a tree
Beheaded
Mutilated
Hacked to pieces (Same as ripped to pieces above)
Buried Alive

You can also have "enslaved" and "fled out of <home town>" for some events

I had just started a new game and decided to visit my retired genocidal adventurer. As soon as I found him he went nuts and hurled his sword at me, lopping a leg off. After that he basically tortured me to death as I tired to escape his legndary wrestling skills. After I was killed it said I had been impalded on a stake. Weirdly though, I was impaled by an group that was on the opposite side of the world. I guess they just REEEEEEEEEEEEALLY hated me.

actually we were in the same civ, which is what made it so odd. Maybe the game picked up that my old character was a genocidal crazy person and now it just has it attack random people?

New thought: If I made "Attack enemy" an unthinkable crime for a race, what would happen?

1. Two other civilisations start a war.  Unthinkable attack enemy race starts a war over this unthinkable crime.  They march into battle... and... stop... and get killed.
2. Two other civilisations start a war.  Unthinkable attack enemy race starts a war over this unthinkable crime.  They march into battle... and... stop... but then the first one is attacked.  He automatically retaliates.  OMG!  Unthinkable crime!  The person behind him attacks this criminal.  OMG!  Unspeakable crime!  The person behind him...

So, what the heck would happen?
