We're pretty well set for beds atm, but could certainly use a cook who wants to create a giant greenhouse and mass produce tasty meals for us.
Pretty architecture and a storage/sorting system are also in demand.

Just FYI since some people have reported some lag I may end up migrating the server to a different host. Transition should be transparent to you guys with only a short downtime. Planning to do that sometime this weekend, assuming I get all my class work done first.

tbh I think it's partly the modpack as this same VM hosted two servers previously with 10+ users but it's no big deal, I have another host that has a lot more horsepower. Might help.

I've gotten lag in singleplayer before in 1.10 so it could also be an inherit minecraft+mods issue.

Fair point. Still, we'll test it out. I'm building the new host out for something else anyway and having the server on it wouldn't cause any issues.

Someone put forth the idea that the lag may be caused by the Psi plugin, which is constantly looking for multiple conditions around the player in order to cast various spells. Indeed, with nobody using Psi, several of us were able to play relatively lag-free for a while.

I wonder if I might have caused anything untoward. Hitting random keys, I found the one for Psi. Turns out Psi saves info to a file somewhere that is not save-specific and I jumped immediately to level 25.

That would only be the case with the exosuit on, but might be the leggings if it doesn't turn out to be something else like forsaken mentioned. The leggings cast something per tick, the rest is more specific and less frequent. Lets you do things like fly via being just under your psi regen rate from what I'd seen.

Well we now have a very effective sorting system and some fundamental aesthetic touches. Next steps would be unlocking the End, amassing a surplus of rare ores, exploring dungeons and eventually tracking down the Hermits. Architectural mega-projects would also be welcome.

That's basically the whole point of Minecraft, with or without mods. You're dropped into a sandbox where you can do anything but you have no idea how anything works, and you get to enjoy the exploration and discovery of it all.

Oh dear... Just tried to log in to the server to poke around and see what you guys have done so far, and it was so laggy that half the world simply refused to load in. I gave it about five minutes before giving up and disconnecting. Is it really that laggy, or was I unlucky? I tried twice, with the same result. I never have lag problems with this pack playing with my mom, so I don't think it's the pack itself, or my internet.
