Plus, a lone zombie getting into your house is just about the least threatening thing ever. Still has a chance to kill you or give you a heart attack under the right circumstances, but normally it's just taking out some surprise garbage and losing a few hearts, if that.

Yeah, it's door to door food delivery is what it is.

Although that relies on the assumption that other things won't follow it in.

Yeah, I imagine zombies as the meatshields that just open the path and distract you from the REAL dangers.

That reminds me, I'd LOVE to see some group AI. Zombies attacking and skeletons shooting while creepers flank you...

The more likely outcome right now is zombies getting hit by arrows, attacking the skeletons and then all of them dying as the creeper detonates harmlessly out of your damage radius.

At least they get angry at eachother for friendly fire...

So.. with EE6, anyone know how to transmute stacks? before you could do shift+click but now i only get one at a time.

What do you mean transmute stacks? You mean turn a bunch of dirt into sand or vice versa? Well I don't know how to do that either. So far the only way to mass produce stacks of materials is to click a lot on the transmutation table/tablet

You could alternatively trash the stack of dirt and spawn a stack of sand with NEI.

From the patch notes:
1.11-1.46 -> (1.29) -... Shift clicking now stops at exactly 64 (or 1 if its not a stackable item)....

It works but with version 1.29+.
I think Convenient inventory compatibility broke so I recommend commenting any 'shift+..' keybinding in the CI2 config file.

Also you could simply use a condenser. Any items placed in the condenser that can be transmuted will broken down and transmuted to your condenser target. Very nice for mass transmutation.

Also, just looking back a bit. That 4092 block IDs thing is amazing, ID conflicts will be a thing of the past now.

Also EE does not work at all with convenient inventory. It is utterly broke.

Yeah, I just disable convenient inventory. I like using shift click to move an item into my hotbar, I do not want it to move into my crafting grid.

I use sort and 'move all stacks' fine with both mods installed.

I think the duplicate key-binds are probably the problem.
Also using convenient inventory actions on non-standard inventories can lead to unexpected results.

I hate that almost every feature seems half finished, half hearted and just dumped, wrapped up and left to rot.

villages? placeholders. (even in 1.2 they're useless gimmick)
dungeons? with monster; caves are more exciting
potions? mirages of thousands but six implemented
enchantment? sorry can't think of a good ui so get them random
adventures? that somewhat got reduced to empty strongholds and a note (adventure update is not actually adventure mode).

and the list goes on.

while in beta, it was not a problem, but the ratio between things said and things done is getting ridiculous; it's the 800 lb gorilla that no one want's to notice.

I'll agree that Minecraft really was never ready to be released. Still, it's worth full price for what it is now and what it might be.

The biggest disappointment is the failure to add mod support when all that even means is copy-pasting one of the current, third-party mod loaders and providing a non-obscured version of the source.

It seems like they're gearing up for better mod support now though. I am glad Jeb is working on it.
