Anyone played around with the new Redpower stuff yet? The project benches are kind of nifty, they let you store an inventory in them, and draw from that to craft the item you've laid out on the grid. Not entirely sure how useful it is, but it's neat anyway.

If nothing else, it lets you store all the crap that you use for crafting without taking up chest space.

Pah. Just destroyed another mass fabricator - along with a sizeable chunk of my (thankfully as-yet unfurnished) factory, by foolishly hooking up extreme voltage to it. Also lost an MFSU with 10m EU in it.

Oh well, live and learn. I guess with EE it's not a huge loss, just time. I knew machines exploded when you hooked up too much voltage to them, but I confused myself thinking the fabricator was the only machine that would accept EV, as opposed to one of the few machines to accept HV directly. Even worse is that the wiki specifically points out that yes, it'll blow up if you hook it to EV.

Holy hell. Epic new shader mod, it adds directional shadows! Better yet, it either is or will soon be patched to work with that water reflection shader too!

I love the "Minecraft comes alive" mod. It's fun sending your child to go kill things while you're sitting inside, doing nothing.

I'm putting together a pack for my server. Or rather, I already have, but have not yet published it. It's industral...
