Is IC2 updated to 1.0 then? If so I may take a pass at my mod pack this weekend.

Off Topic: Read the first page without noticing it was the first page. It eerily sounded like sarcasm.
Haha, my posts kinda were.
Granted, I always have that air about me, so YMMV.

Redpower is becoming a pretty good alternative to both BC and IC combined.  I recently made a fully automated and self-stocking fried chicken factory.  It was good fun.

I also heard about a computer block.. me is intrigued.

Her development build has the bare-bones beginnings of a 6502, from what I understand.
Nowhere near release.

She has several tiers of a tech tree planned. One of those tiers include a programmable expandable control block which emulates a simple computer. Using that along with the other stuff you could, for example, recreate the quarry from buildcraft or build a self-propelled boring machine.

I'm really looking forward to being able to program a mining machine to dig out subsurface tunnels, line them tastefully, and lay rails.

Just as an example.

Eventually, RedPower+EE will be all you ever need to make an amazing, self-sustaining world.

You can actually do this with the extruder mod.
Relatively easily too.

Personally I hope to find a 6502 port of Rogue and spend all my time playing that inside of Minecraft

Would be better without herpy and derpy ~

Most likly adding the digger mod a few posts back to my server, should be fun and speed up some simple tasks.

The first bit was meh, the escape sequence was really neat. The yoggits were annoying as always.

"Having faith" that the bridge will not fall, implies that the bridge itself isn't that trustworthy. It's not that different from "I pray that the bridge will hold my weight."

But then you miss the terrible voice acting which reads the orders, and the background music.
