I personally couldn't care if people find the additions boring. I find some parts of Galactic Civilizations or Dwarf Fortress boring, but I still play it.

What irritates me:

New stuff is being added. The new stuff doesn't interest me. Therefore, nothing new is being added.

As people have said, it's not the focus I want. I want to change the focus to new machines and blocks and items, not adventure stuff.

I did mention more stuff in my posts before that, and yes I wasn't fully aware of everything that was being added, and for that I apologise.

I was focusing mainly on the dragon and ending because the point you had made beforehand was about endgame content. I don't really consider potions and enchanting, which you can get within half an hour of gameplay, as endgame.

Earlier, wild level twenty INTERNET folks were spotted talking (and perhaps arguing) about the "focus" of this video game. The interesting thing about Minecraft is it can be changed completely, making both sides of the debate realistic and possible. Isn't it great that we have a video game so expansive and all-encompassing that it can adapt to fit so many playstyles? I'd like to make a note, regarding the wiki's list of upcoming "features".

This update will also include "The End" (unofficially called "The Ender", or "Enderlands"), which replaces the previously announced Sky Dimension.

There's one design decision I'm definitely not happy with.  The Ender's cool and all, but I want my skylands back.  That's one mod everyone can get behind.
