Works like a charm. Has the occasional lapse in efficiency when the cobblestone generators are feeling particularly uncooperative, but that happens rarely.

So, now that it has been proven that you can do that, I need to set up a proper production line. Im thinking of going:

Cobblestone>Redstone ore>Iron Ore>Gold Ore>Gold dust>Gold>Diamonds>Diamond Blocks>Dark Matter                                         
                                         V
                                     Iron dust
                                         V
                                       Iron>Glowstone block>Glowstone
                                                         V                 V
                             Volcanite amulet>Mobius Fuel<Redstone>Coal                                      ^
                                                         >                                                              Mobius Fuel

Naturally some of every resource will be stockpiled and holy fuck this is gonna be a pain in the ass to build.

A block destroyer from redpower may be more efficient and easier to use than a quarry for that.

I don't know if they will all work together but I will find out ^_^...

Worked through the list. All of the ones not strikethrough'd work fine as far as I can tell. The ones with strikethrough I did not use either because I didn't like them or they didn't work.

Mo'Creatures... I couldn't get it working myself yet, but I felt that it could bring more life to the worlds...
Level Up is compatible when I used it...
Doggy Talents... Oh come on making Wolves more useful...
Animal Transport... Yeah that I was just looking at...
Zombie Dismemberment... Just for Lolz mate...
Designer Buildings, Are you sure you looked at the right one, It adds slopes, hedges, wallpaper and shit...
ScotTools... Ah Not Pointless. You Mine things at the right speeds, like mining some things shouldn't take forever with an Iron Pick.
GenuineNPC... More of a RPG increase feel...
Fireplace... Just for the look of things...
Convienient Inventory... The ability to carry 10 tools in ONE SLOT is pointless???
Free Running... It looked interesting thought I would have a look at it...
Double Doors...  This was in place of another mod I was using before, haven't tried it yet...
Craftory Series... Farming made more active, Seasons where Winter comes, More kinds of Fish??? Cause yeah good point, your so going to be down mining along side those quarries...

Tested, all redpower mods work fine with the list I posted.

It wasn't meant as criticism. Everyone likes different things from minecraft. Mine doesn't include playing with dogs or fishing/farming. I may try it out later I guess, but it doesn't seem that appealing.

As for the designer buildings: I'm not terribly worried about it but if you get it working I may throw it in there. This was just my first run through and it took about an hour to make everything work together. I also added in the Dynamo and Energy Coupler mods (lets you convert power between BTW, IC2 and Buildcraft) as well as treecapitator, all of redpower/redworld mods, TMI, and a few others.

I weeded out the ones I was less interested in so I could focus on these. I may go through later and see if the rest work.

Edit2: Here is my full list, all currently (apparently) working. Not fully tested obviously as that would take hours.

How do I fill up the honor bar thingy quickly so I can finally get started on my empire?

I have a diamond sword and full iron armor.

Hmm, I DO hear the cave ambience noise sometimes near the pine forest. Shouldn't be too hard camping near a spawner.

In any case, Nevyn, I see no issues with your list save for Mo' Creatures. I don't really know that anyone wants ogres stomping around in their quarries or in the decimal conversion chambers.
You can always turn them off. The mod comes with a config file so you can leave out certain creatures.

How do you start the Tales of Kingdoms thing? I started a new world and never got any kind of pop up to spawn the guild.

Nevermind, turns out one of the mods was interfering with it and with the minimap. Sorting that out now.

Edit: Yep turns out that CCTV mod kills the minimap and the Tales of Kingdoms thing.
