In other news...
My Personal Mod Pack is looking Epic... Anyone got any suggestions on what to add. The only thing out of personal choice I haven't been able to add has been Mo'Creatures due to an error that has been posted I think 5 times in the last couple of pages of their thread and no one has answered it...

The zipline mod. It's a must. And some sort of telescope mod. aka most of djolsins mods. he has a website. Just dont use finite water or spiderqueen.

I've actually begun working on a mod myself that brings a few dwarf fortress elements into the game.. atm my #1 goal is alcohol.  >

Bad thing is, I'm still a bit of a newby with Java (just started taking a class on it this semester), so its going slow.

Yea I think I heard it too.  Friggin' epic, especially the kicking.

The kicking is nice, but it's the delay on the punches that makes it truly epic.

Did you put in the zeppelin Mod? Its buggy but epic.

That'd be some pretty hardcore timerape.

The Nether does have a sort of primordial feel to it, but the abundance of zombie pigmen might have some strange connotations. I also don't mean to imply that MC origins have to make any kind of traditional sense, but it'd also raise questions about whether cows are descended from ghasts or what.

Similar quandries about endermen, though in that case it's more a question of whether current endermen are the ancestors of some of the primary creatures that will exist at the end of the world, or whether they're leaking through from the future and are descended from cows or something.

So, silly but interesting. I like this topic.
