Um............ When it was Half Priced way back whens...... How long ago was that??? Anyway, took a Sabbatical for a while, missed I think only....... 1.6-1.7 section, just got back into it recently.

Mainly the Bay12games Servers such as Planepacked and Kalegotdwarves severs. Been using KGD server as a Redstone practice since they gave me creative. Built an epic looking Aboveground Railroad, but gave up after Endermen picked it apart...

Basically from two places, one is from Solifuge's Youtube/Livestream post he made in the Bay12games, the server looked great as did the Graphics patch, was using it until I noticed it wasn't ready for 1.8... T_T .... The other is just from other N@W B12G folk posting about the server every now and then.

Good looking Server, great looking constructions and basically people to play with. I get lonely, very lonely. And I hope to meet folks that can fall victim to my Traps... I mean Charm... Wait that's still a trap isn't it...

Yeah, the rules are your basics and I am cool with that. Don't normally make MobSpawner/Farms nor do I usually make Autoharvesters except for Cacti. I ain't much of a Dick so no problem there. BUT I wish I could use Rei's Minimap mod. That thing is so damn useful. But if I must do without... T_T

This Iconomy thing sounds interesting, from what I saw from Soli's vid was that killing monsters get ya some Coins to the buy stuff with, plots and goods from player/npcs, though I doubt I would be founding nations, prob just be buying goods and selling goods that I collect while doing my Dungeons, probably need to buy a plot or something to keep it safe, how deep does plot protection go for again. I also can't wait to see how the War aspect of the Server works, sounds interesting in how both sides need to agree to it as a nice safety measure and a good sized reward made for the winner to take. Local Chat is going to be different, so used to greeting everyone that comes onto a server, but without being nearby they won't hear me say hello. Ah well their loss I think...

Yeah I am ok with it, not saying I am a wiz, couple of Youtube Vids for double checking but good in the end...

An extra set of building hands, and a Redstone Mechanic. Took me a while but I can build gates, traps, hidden doors and even elevators. I generally want to also build Dungeons and thing where people can go explore. Die. And have fun... LOTS AND LOTS OF ‼FUN‼.... ^_^

They don't allow any mods except their own apparently. I was upset about losing my Minimap...

Still, that might be added to my Singleplayer mods... Thanks for the link...

   Here is a horizontal person mover type device with adjustable direction movement. Quite simple really! The lever against the wall controls the direction it goes through wool blocks that pop up or sink down so as to allow a signal through. Most of the repeaters are at full delay except for a couple and the only ones that matter are the ones for the pulse generator.

Below is the closeup of the repeater setup I used to allow the device to move without needing a lot more repeaters. The 1, 2, 3, 1, 2 pattern is mirrored on the other side barring that little bit of stone which is just used to keep the sides separate.

This is the vertical mock up. Basically just the horizontal turned sideways with a few adjustments to make the redstone work.

You can change the direction it is moving while the machine is in motion. It works decently enough and for such a short distance it hardly takes any time though honestly at this point it is definitely something you build because you can and not something you you build for efficiency.

So how are everyone's experiences at N@W? Admin problems? I also saw something along the lines of people going traitor and giving away base locations. Does that happen often? Lag?

What are the common, uncommon, and rare events/tasks that a person has to do?

Any other detail would be nice. I'm not going to go through the whole process of joining unless I know I'm gonna like it.
