Uhm.. Big.. Can't do any taller than the limits of Minecraft.. so.. big. At least within 100 blocks?  Let's just say.. the clouds are the limit, if you start from sea-level.

dit: Just remember.. Must be on survival, and only build at night without the use of torches to ensure monsters are plentiful. And not on pecaeful dificulty either.

We need to dig down to bedrock first, then build it from there.

And for extra hardness, build it with a layer of tnt on the inside, and don't use torches.

But I like the idea of joining a high capacity server all at once, then charging a buildable area, and building a stronghold. Everyone would freak

Eh, no need. I have no internet at home until saturday, and here in Greenland Livestream is very costly.. As we only have up to 9 Gigs of free internet each month. (Per subsription)
