I never said it was a bad thing.

I assumed it was for the sake of humor, don't worry. :P

Sethbling's cake conveyor is cool, but it looks so buggy, since the cakes themselves don't move..
The cake isn't supposed to move. There are fence posts under the cake which move and which move you without moving the cake because they're 0.1 blocks taller than the cake.

Apparently there'll be another prerelease this weekend, and it'll have item repairing.

Just ignore the prereleases. They are uncompleted and just a way to keep people from raging at all the material that was delayed.

And to let them rage over new features they do not like.

Yeah, those prereleases aren't worth catching up to anyway; a lot of the added stuff a
have no uses, and even then, there's still that updated prerelease...

Of course, they do have snow and shroom biomes, so whatever takes your fancy I guess...

Sadly, on a slightly unrelated note, the Aether Collab isn't going to update for 1.8, so I'll just wait for the next release, within a few days after it's official release, so that the other modders and the Aether Collab will be able to catch up.

Glass bottles have me excited. Hopefully you can drink enchanted milk out of them to restore health.

YogsCast have successfully kicked the hornets nest of Lulz that are the minecraft community, by demonstrating in a video an unofficially compiled modpack that hasn't secured permissions for the mod (mostly because it was never meant to be a big thing, just a way for a few goons to play with a bunch of mods without wrestling files for 2 hours).

The resulting drama is pretty hilarious, but I won't link here. Just let it be known that Simon and Lewis are masterful trolls :P
Can I get a link?

Oh dear...
This does not look good for my Future playing...

So having not messed with mods, what does that mean, is that a good or bad thing for modding?

Basically, they're promoting a modpack widespread that doesn't have permissions to exist. And the childish modders of the community are butthurt about it :P

Its really dissapointing to see the Minecraft forums to be so, childish. Guess thats what sucks about a game that anyone of any age can get into. Now if only Notch would make the game have an Extreme Gore option...

If I played single player, I would play the shit out of that mod pack.
