After reading Noche's blog post about the creepy skinny black long-armed things, I am afraid to look at anything without using my peripheral vision first. What if it turns to look at me, and then teleports behind me, wraps its long skinny arms around my neck, and strangles me to death?

This is nightmare fuel right here! Isn't Minecraft scary enough already with the...things sneaking behind you and blowing up?

And I don't think you can TOTALLY avoid these guys, from the sounds of it. I mean, depending on their sensory range, you could be standing on your watchtower, looking around, and then BAM SCARY THINGS TELEPORTING IN YOUR FACE AND KILLING YOU!

Or when just coming out of your door...or...I'm scared. And I want the option to turn specific enemies on and off.

Been a long while since the last time I played minecraft, and recently discovered that a redstone repeater can work as a replacement for a double NOT inverter/redstone power extender.

And all the while, I've been using the double NOT combo for extending the wiring. *facepalm*

Depending on what you're doing with it, the double NOT could be better. Like if you need to extend a signal over a large distance, because you can stretch each segment of the double NOT to its full length.

It's not terribly useful if you just need to stretch it a couple tiles, but it's something to keep in mind with longer extensions.

That's actually a really cool mod.  There are a lot of things you could do with that in a much more confined space.

 While dropping pictures for people and grabbing features rom the speculation can turn out well there is a bit of a downside to it. The fans are gonna suggest the lamest ideas which get incredibly popular. No matter what he adds fans will bash him for not adding the feature they wanted. I know that if everything was left to Notch a ton of bugs and features would make the game a pain to continue playing, but at the same time other features would be more unique and cool. The Nether would still be the Slip, Diamonds would not be diamonds and less time would be wasted with boats.
