* Fixed falling while riding not dealing damage to the rider

No more crazy falls on your roller-coasters. Unless he meant riding NPCs.

Just wanted to share that I started playing (for the first time) yesterday and today I found diamond, redstone, some iron, lava, water and a dungeon with cocoa beans and other goodies within about 20 squares of each other deep down in a cave at 14-y.

Many of those changes will render many previous adventures obsolete.

Sorry, but it's still beta. It should be expected that there are game changing/breaking things happening still.

Hey, is there a hack or something that can render you invincible?  I only say this because I was trying to cover some lava up and fucked up with a block and got covered, and now I need a way to not die so I don't lose that Iron.

Seconding yay mushrooms. Nonsustainable food irks me.

Bit worried about having to find tall grass to grow crops, but I suppose that'll make it a little bit more of a challenge. Increasing startup difficulty a bit isn't a very good way to do that, but eh.

Yeah, but where do you figure the disks will come from?

16 dyes(including bone meal) + "more than 15" songs = craftable disks.  At least, that's what I hope is happening.  It would be irritating if you could only respec disks, and having to find all 16 by chance in dungeons would be an outright pain.  Making it so that you could more easily mod in songs would be okay, but 15+ is a somewhat odd number to throw out there if that's the case.

Bit worried about having to find tall grass to grow crops...

I've got the feeling that tall grass is going to be fairly common.  Besides, you get two seeds out of full grown wheat, so once the production is started, throw in some bone meal and presto!  All the seeds you'll ever imagine needing.

Only if you want the changes to affect the areas you already discovered. (well, all but the bugfixes which are universal... the ore distribution, and biome stuff I assume are only for newly generated areas.)
