Ok, so I spent the last month making a huge world dwarfing blimp, it went through about 2 chucks and was pretty tough to build with constant threat of falling, THEN it had the nerve to be hit by a ghast's fire ball.
I am pissed.

It could have worse.
It could have been made out of wood, causing the ghast's fireball to ignite the entire blimp.
No, wait. That would be awesome.

If you don't know, you can hold SHIFT to keep from falling off the edges of thing. But I'm guessing you know that, given that it was the Ghast's fireball that did you in.

It has not been noted, and is worth noting that bonemeal works on crops as well as trees. Makes farming a hell of a lot easier.

Some people have entirely too much free time.  That guy had about a week to design, resource, and build that, which is just ridiculous.  But the cake dispenser at the end makes up for it.

It's appropriate, though, because by implementing Still Alive in Minecraft, he's essentially spent a long amount of time testing Mojang's note block simulations, much like Chell being trapped using her wit to test Aperture's elaborate portal simulators.. Which, obviously, makes Minecraft into Aperture Science.

I'm still waiting for someone to make an awesome server entrance where you get loaded into a minecart tour of the awesome looking surroundings while noteblocks below you play the Morrowind theme (or something almost as epic and awesome)

I guess it had to happen eventually, but it still burns me that it did. I lost everything. Fell in lava. And I had a lot of high-quality stuff on me because I was preparing for a trip to hell. That's all my iron armor, a diamond pickaxe, my coal, my tools and my compass and watch all gone. Fuck.

This is a point at which inventory hacking would be justified.

How did you fall in lava? If you bring a bucket of water and dirt for rapid damming, hold shift when needed, and never mine a block you're standing on, you shouldn't ever have an incident you can't survive.

A similar thing happened to me in the Nether, for some reason i can't remember why but as i was trying to build my second gate in the lava sea i fall in, and can't get out, my iron armor, equipment, several buckets and loads of other stuff all get lost, now i am seriusly considering deleting that world since all i have is this very nice hilltop house and burning forests all around
