It took longer to collect the wool.

He said he was a fan of DF right? I'd imagine any fan would make an account at some point!

But yeah, who knows.

Wool taxes are raised even on the poor polar sheepies.

Nevermind me, I looked back at where I thought I had at least seen somebody on the forum with Notch's name and could not find it in a search.

It may have been a dream.  But still It would not surprise me if he was watching us all on his own secret forum account.  He could be you, he could be me!  He could even be...*gets head blown off with a shotgun*

I built a smaller funky airship, pictures incomming when day comes.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

NOTE: I still need to change the glow blocks to a lampish texture.

NOTE: I still need to change the glow blocks to a lampish texture.
Because finding lamps naturally forming in the Nether make perfect sense.
It is a glowing form of the cobblestone texture.
Lanterns are coming as actual items when he gets around to making them, presumably they will be crafted using that block's dust.
The block itself is just a glowing stone.

Uh... I think he meant he wanted there to be lamps on his airship, so he substituted those blocks and now he's going to change the texture so there ARE lamps.

That's actually really cool. I like the style of it, with the texture pack you've got going on there.

I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

Yes, that is right, the blocks will have a nice steampunkish texture to them instead of this unfitting one.
I also expanded the cargo to 3x2 which made the ship more balanced on the outside.
It floats JUST under the max height too.

I'm not really very familiar with the texture packs that are out. Is that one someone else made or did you do those yourself?

Can we get a shot of the outside?

Also please spoiler the images.
