Alrighty. I heard the praise of it in that thread, but I personally don't trust the minecraft forums any farther than I can throw them.  And consitering they don't actually have any physical existence capable of being thrown, that's not very far.

And yea, mcafee is terrible, I recently switched to the pay version of avast! because mcafee came up with so many false positives, and actually failed to detect once.  But I still have a couple months left on my mcafee, so I'm still using mcafee's site advisor, with most of the rest of it disabled(or claiming to be disabled), while avast! does most of the heavy protection work.

Probably not the most efficient setup imaginable, but completely uninstalling it early seems wasteful, and avast! doesn't seem to have anything comparable to site advisor, which doesn't do half bad in my opinion.

But no servers up is a shame, I was hoping for some minecrafty action, and for some reason single player just dosn't do it for me anymore.

I Understand. I don't even run traditional AV anymore. All the Heuristic shit is a nightmare and usually when you "Disable" it, It's not actually stopped.

I just scan any potentially risk software with one of the online services who pass it through 30-50 AV's. If it's a virus, everything lights up with pretty much the same strings, if it's not, maybe 4-5 will give minor things, all different.

I feel like at this point though, I know enough not to fuck my system up. Which, I haven't in years, so yeah.

I know it's unrealistic, but I can't help but imagine little bearded babies for dwarves. In my mind, they come out of the womb fully bearded. That's how the mother carries them around, too, she just drags them around by the beard or ties it to her belt. When the father's on duty, he just ties their beards together and the baby just kind of hangs there, swinging to and fro with Urist McDaddy's movements.

It's not from DF but it's awesome. We must make it.

And make it we shall.
Let's place TNT on the bridge in a way that will make it blow up to match the picture if wanted, that would be cool.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves.  The obvious solution is to chain the baby up at the entrance as a kobold detector.

Okay. Try again.

And yes, if we get a fully functioning community formed with a keep, village, knights, and peasants, I suppose someone else can get op status and make their own castle on the other side of the hill.

What is Dwarfguy's record? Has he caused problems in the past?

From what I've seen, he doesn't cause that much trouble. I guess he just doesn't like RPing. I'd love to play, but my PC is away for repairs. If I can manage to install it on my old comp or my craptop, I might join.
