 I would say something about a community being flooded with crap, but I don't see how this could make the community any worse. In fact this just means the creative cool people of TF2 will be in the Minecraft community.

About what? Notch living overseas? He's in Sweden, IIRC. Oddly, I can't find any easy references (neither the Minecraft 'about' page, nor the Wikipedia article, mention anything), but you should be able to find references in the archives of his blog. Heck, at one point he provided a picture of a landmark (a pair of antenna for something-or-other) from his window, so in theory you should be able to triangulate his exact position. 

(If you were talking about something else, let me know. "read about that" and "never heard of it" gives a lot of vague pronouns, so I'm just guessing here.  )

We'd also like to thank the people at Valve for showing us around and letting us mess with their stuff yesterday. There are a few DF fans there and one of them invited us over to take a look and hang out, which was pretty cool.
