I spawned right next to an exit to the cave, in an alcove in the wall. Where's everyone else spawning?

Inside a cave (with some water at the bottom), staring at a wall.

Is there an exit right across the cave from the spawn? If so, then everyone is probably spawning in the same place.

I'm meh on it. It looks to be Neuroshima, but with real cash pay for random, more likely than not, useless cards which will only irritate you more because you got one useable card, so  you get another pack ad infinitum.
