I have a nice little secret underground fort on the server, it has magma ( hidden, with glass magma tunnel) and caves, and maaany maaany books. I plan to add much more to it. see if you can find it without teleport, it is not easy.

I'm building the Magma Tunnel Network (MTN) under andrea's base. Work is progressing veeeeery slowly, but its progressing atleast. Good luck finding it though. Its doubly hidden, as it is accessed from a secret passage in andrea's secret library.

Now I can't connect to the server, when I go to the url it just dumps me into single player... :/

It's pretty cool, but damn if it doesn't fuck up my vision with its blockiness... Cave story did the same thing.

Warning - while you were typing 2 new replies have been posted. You may wish to review your post.

So it's not just me then. I got a message saying that the server was down, and then it stopped showing even that, just loading a single player map.

Do we need to pay to get the server?

I don't believe so, it's free currently.

Unless Reasonableman took it down for some reason...

I know you need to buy the game to save online now, so maybe it's the same with the server.

Eep. Sorry everyone. My computer crashed while I was out of the house. Back up now, though! It maaaay do that from time to time, not too often, but it still might, so don't worry too much about it if it does, just check back in an hour or so.

Hey Shadowdump, I think I broke into your fortress on Reasonables server. Do you mind if I connect your fortress to my secret tunnel network?

I was digging around, like any true dorf, searching caves for signs of habitation, and I think I stumbled across andrea's library. I also broke the glass tunnel with the shaft, and flooded it with magma. D: Now more or less repaired, with sensei's help. I think a passage got lost in the repair process, but the magma's out of the tunnel anyways... So, sorry about that, but hey, I found it. :D

I didn't know there was a way to absorb or in any way get rid of magma. Is there?

EDIT: Hrm, water. I imagine that would be a huge pain though.

You could also spam blocks and then break them afterwards. It's a good idea to use blocks that usually aren't used, like tree leaves.
