I can totally imagine creepers happily humming that song in their mind while stalking minecrafters.

When the survival multiplayer server codes come out, we should totally start some kind of roleplaying server.

I very much enjoy survival roleplaying games, especially when theres other people willing to take part. I honestly can't stop thinking about making some crazy assed super railway to all the villages with suspension bridges and stuff bridging canyons.

i call the crazy hermit who lives alone on an island and, if anyone finds him, acts all nice and polite, leads them down to his basement and then brutally murders them!

Anyone else getting no sound at all after this last update, or have any clue how to fix it? Clearing out %AppData%/Roaming/.minecraft leads to the client redownloading the binaries, and leaving out all the sounds. :/

I just had a great idea:
Train jacking.
We will hide in the hills and when a train comes by, one of us will jump out and sent the train engine the other way, the other few armed with armor and bows will surround the train and take the player driving hostage, we will then steal all the loot and either let the driver free (if there even is one) or execute him.

Even better is the fact that it was a trade train moving between two settlements.
I can see armed trains moving now.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves.  The obvious solution is to chain the baby up at the entrance as a kobold detector.

That sounds awesome, I wonder how big the servers will be.

So it's going to be a MMO?
Servers have infinite sized maps, not infinite players (well, possibly, but not one central server, and I'd expect the player-counts to be < 30 per server in any case)

Ah, I meant how many players, should have clarified.

Heh, I was thinking about this all yesterday.

You can fire bows from trains, so you'd have to hire people to gaurd it.

Awesome if your train was full of diamonds (in the inventory cart) and you got robbed. :D

:/

Apparently it won't play any sound unless it has all the sounds, and it only downloads sounds while you're playing it. After about ten minutes in game sound randomly came back. :|

Still haven't found chickens...
