Save your inventory in INVedit, let yourself die, and when you die reload the saved inventory.

This should work for about 99.999% of all items, but it might not work for some of the stuff that uses more bizzare saving systems then simple block codes and item health (like the thaumcraft recipe book)

I'm sure this has been spoken about many times before in this thread, but I have no idea what to search to find the right post.


I just played the FTB modpack. After spending almost a month non-stop, I found myself becoming bored with the game (as I did with vanilla). While walking through a wasteland biome, I thought "Hey, this looks exactly like a post-apocalyptic biome. Wait a minute...". And here I am, wondering if there's a good, extensive apocalypse mod/modpack out there. I know it won't be as large as FTB, but something that gives the game a realistic 'end of the world' feel would be most appreciated.

Yeah, but vanilla minecraft is badly made and has no real focus. It just gets boring really quickly.
