Ahaha oh wow.

Seriously? What's with them trying to compete with other servers, and labelling themselves No. 1?
I seriously don't believe he has 25000k donations, because his server looks like utter cr*p.

Trying to show off the length of their e-peen will get them nowhere.

Also, checked the donation benefits page, and... dear whoever-you-guys-might-believe-in, the prices he demands for stupid ranks is exhorbitant. Seriously, diamond kits for 150$? I'd rather buy 3 copies of skyrim to gift to someone else than to get the stupid ability to conjure diamond armor at will.

And Titan rank... I have no words for it, aside from the fact that it is an utter rip off.

Server Maintenance = srsbzns.

Quick question: does anyone have a way to have all of your Minecraft data in one directory? Or even just the world/save data, I guess? I'm looking to have at least my saves in a dropbox so I could play the same world on multiple computers. I've looked a little into portability mods and from what I can tell they only work with 1.8 and earlier. There's no need for you to go do research on mods/tweaks for me, I'm just curious if anyone has it set up.

I read somewhere that if a cat falls more than 11 stories, it instinctively flares its legs out to increase air resistance. This slows it down enough to stick the landing with relatively minor injuries. In Dwarf Fortress, apparently, cats don't do that.

Or look up Minecraft Portable.

To anyone interested, working on an insanely large modpack. :P

The problem is that you can't move it from there to have it automatically shared on multiple computers. I could manually copy that folder every time I play on a different computer but I was hoping for something easier.

Or look up Minecraft Portable.
I guess I could try it even though it specifically says it only works with beta 1.8...

He wants the saves to be in his dropbox folder so they sync to the cloud.

You could set up a symlink I guess.

Ah hah, I was thinking of doing that but had absolutely no idea what it was called or what to look up. Thanks I'll give it a try.

Works fine for me, replace launcher "minecraft.exe" with official one though.

Cool, thanks TolyK.

Edit: was already partway through the symlink setup so I finished that and it works. I'll keep Minecraft Portable in mind for when I likely want to put the game on a flash drive in the future, though.
