Did the server crash? Because I am not able to get back in after I had a huge lag spike and disconnected.

Well, the was I used to do it, is, I would play around with that person, to see if they were good or not. But, I don't run the server anymore, just saying that's how I used to do it, and I recommend something similar to that.

And, if my opinion means anything to anyone anymore, I, personally, don't quite think you're fit out for adminship, Mono.

(Please don't take offense by this, I don't mean any harm at all- I'm being blunt ATM because I am too lazy to not be blunt and all that.)

First reason that comes to mind, is that you don't strike me as a person who puts other people before themselves. Another reason, is that admins also have to be diplomats, and I don't feel your a very good diplomat, and thus a good representative of the server.
