Maybe they're not there anymore. The new ones I'm talking about are blobs of colour with what I can only assume are window panels in them. They don't even thematically fit the rest of the ship. The glass was pretty awesome. The doors, meh.

Yeah, pretty sure he's talking about Saint's.

The problem I have with the other airlocks (not the original ones) is that they seem almost "too" armoured for internal doors.  They make absolutely great external airlocks, no doubt about that, but they seem overkill for internal ones.

Also, yeah, the other ones are a bit armored, but a similar style would be good for internal ones

I've redone the blue airlocks that Saint did, I'll do the same for the others too, if you guys think these look any better.

This is an injustice. I hate that perma-arrest happens so often with us.

While I understand security and command often has its hands full, but leaving an offender to rot is really poor gamesmanship.

When I play Captain, HoP, HoS, or security, I always push for limited sentences and community service if possible- Yes I get owned in Revolution.

Glass, yes.  Seethrough, not yet.  Besides, not *all* doors are going to have glass in them.

I'm not a fan of the doors, they look fine themselves, but they don't go with anything on the station, so at the moment they just stand out and look pretty bad, in there. I think the old ones were fine, we have other things that need respriting more than the airlocks. Do we have a player model for food, yet?

If anything they should be grey like the rest of the station(we love our grey). If you're going to put color on them make them stripes or something, like color coding doors. Half-life comes to mind (and most likely other things as well) where the walls are painted with lines you're supposed to follow to reach places.

But yeah, if you're going to do that, just have it so there's different variants of the doors. What I liked about the dark grey airlocks with the two big lights is that the big lights are much easier to see than the old light grey ones with the tiny 2 pixel light.

Also, I'd the time it takes for a door to open unchangeable? It just seems a few of them open rather slowly, especially compared to how everybody can run around the station like they're on steroid-laced caffeinated steroid coffee constantly and nobody seems to mind. [/hint]

We are on carbonated steroid coffee...

Also, doors are what slows people down. Slowing people down is a good thing. It counteracts the steroid coffee.
