Security is put in place on a station to protect the crew and the station. Therefore, lapses in security are dangerous. The AI must protect the crew. If there is a lapse in security, then the AI must provide assistance. If it caused the problem then it is violating its own orders.

.....and the best way to keep the crew safe is to seperate them, and bolt/lockdown EVERYTHING. There, now the humans are safe. Maybe knock them all out with N20, if a nice human put N20 in the pipes.

But anyway, I guess it depends on the AI. But seriously, you can adjust the meaning of your rules to do everything but out right kill humans.

It has vastly changed. Mostly, it only checks the card for access to modify IDs rather than checking the assignment.

There is a funny thing about that. Is it better to give assistants jobs, and thus fill critical needs on a station, such as engineers, or would it be better to let said assistants roam the walls, smashing everything with their toolboxes of justice?

No, then the station would fall in to disrepair. RPly. You have to lock up the researchers though.

About the medical doctor thing. Where are these antitoxin injections? All I could ever find were antitoxin pills... unless antitoxin injections were added recently...

EDIT: Also, does the station rotate the same rate and direction every round? If so, 8it would be nice to have the tracking numbers for the solar panels.

Okay, I looked in toxin medkit and see toxin pills and some syringes. Those syringes are the antitoxins? The looks the same as the rejuvenator syringes. Also, when you use them all, there's no way to get more antitoxin injections?
