I just had an idea: Recordings, dont know about the feasibility. Basically, you record something, and certain items have video In and Out ports, so a camera has a video out, but can be hacked to input a recording to it. So you could record the output, set it on a loop, then input it to the camera.

Lolololol. Awesomest round ever.

I was the traitor. (Plasma Researcher).
I quickly went to the HoR, gave them a shot of sleepy pen, and a taste of cyanide. I eject their body, and nobody even knew we had an HoR. I took their ID and armor, and made a 6000 degree suicide armor, and 2 1500 degree firebombs, all set off around the station.

My bombs together destroy the whole northwest end of the station, from the courtroom, destorying the engine and emergency storage.

I get on an escape pod, and leave. Then there is some adminspawned apocolypse, random fires,and random explosions. The shuttle had been called, but nobody made it...

(I had gotten on an escape pod with the HoR ID, but I came back to the station with my suicide bomb when CentCom got boring.)

Monkeys are really buggy, as far as I know, Monkey Mode used to crash every round. :P It's your choice.

Yea but this is when we fix the bugs we can have usefull monkeys and RP monkeys and monkey round with space monkeys!

This euphemism made me giggle uncontrollably for about half a minute. I don't know why. Maybe because I was just writing something about how crappy APC batteries are on the wiki.

Someone should swap the use of gray and red uniforms.

Then the useless assistants can fully be called redshirts.


Also, maybe assistants should NOT have more access than scientists. Currently, scientists can't enter maintainence areas but greifers/new players/assistants/mid-round-joiners CAN.

In fact, it underpowers the HoS, since nobody really has any reason to wait for ID *unless* they want to be perfectly legal. Greifers who want to run away to a secluded tunnel and start griefing can.


Actually, maybe only late-joiners should have no access, getting the job of "new arrival" that comes with no permission at all.

Saint, continue making monkey sprites, please. Walking around as a monkey in the station is just about one of the funnest things ever, and the addition of monkey clothes means 2 things:
-Cybernetic ears attached to monkeys would allow them to hear human conversations.
-Brain Chip/Voicebox attatchment (?) would allow them to speak the human language.
-Because it's a bit difficult to justify why we would have monkey-sized clothes on the station, perhaps there's a new use for assistants: Weaving. (Consider this with all the stuff we have already, like circutry, wires, and the implants to come, the possibilities are literally endless.)

Also, thanks for the new sig, Evilgrim.  :P

EDIT: If someone told me if there's a palatte for BYOND or not, or where I could find the sprites for SS13 (They're not in the BYOND folder...), then I can help with this massive project here; mainly making new sprites for Networking and stuff if it's needed. (Implants if it's not.) Unfortunately, I'm not a very good coder, so I can't code monkey-clothes in quite yet. I've heard the horrors of the messy code we have!
