Also: mappers: please help out when starting a new map. You know all of those filters you carefully name? Can you set their p_dir? 13 for north, 14 for south, 7 for east, 11 for west.

Wouldn't it just be easier to have p_dir be automatically set in New()?

Saint:  Looks neat, but then you get a huge amount of overhead for just letting people move around "normally"
True, you could take the maint. corridors, but then you have to explain why you didn't just take the main hall.

Valves done and autolathable, next vents and inlets(though not filters).

After that:
-Junctions
-Filters
-Possibly circulators/TEG(Want input: Is this one a good idea?)

No, since eliminating it from /New() is exactly the change I had to make to ensure that it was possible to spawn them mid-round, as any time except during map load, New() is called before dir is set.

Thus, for the purpose of progress, simply set p_dir on your templates. You know, the unnamed ones that ypu place before creating a new instance with an altererd name?

Solved our PDA/LAPTOP problem:


Wrist computer 1.0!~
What does it do?
It sends text messages
it plays mine sweeper
It allows uplink to station interwebs 2.0!
It allows chat room conversations with text or speech!
It allows public announcments to be sent to it!
It stores files!
It does a whole bunch of other shit!

(Wrist computer 1.0 may or may not fit over gloves, modification may be required for proper fit over a glove.)

I *Like* that graphic, Saint.  Still, we should probably have a specific slot for that or something, because everyone should have one if anyone does, so gloves aren't compatible with it.

And as far as making a TEG goes, I think it'd be a good idea for sure.

They are on an angle to distinguish them from the created versions already scattered around the station.

nothing is drawn to scale at all, get over it. (yes I have a really freaking huge monitor too so excuse size please)

It includes a organized map of the slots but more importantly it shows tabs that work like intent to hide the invantory and a second to only show hands and pockets.

Wrist? So one would wear a PDA on their wrist? Why not just have two belt slots?

Looking good - but the manifold is missing the extra layer of metal at the 3-way junction :P

Also, I fully support redesigning the HUD, and changing the equipment.  Two belt slots seems like a good idea, and I like your concept of having all the equipment slots being fold-away.

There is no SS13 up.

Now there is. Joinz, yo. Might be old code, I got it yesterday.  :P Adminlist might also be old. Let me know if it is, I really can't tell. Headache right now.
