Something horrible/amazing just happened.

The "original" one is hopelessly outdated.
Nearly a year old, by the last date in the changelog.

He had like 4 chances to prove himself.

Well with the admins new secret weapon.

He CANNOT hide.

Well, to be honest he didn't cause much trouble when I was watching him, at least not too much.  Granted, four chances is a little much, but at least wait until he breaks the rules again before banning him again.

Huh, I remember only 3. And I think was was because I was muted for some reason, and Mkd to ask why.
 
Basicly now, I dont kill people, though my last ban was for uploading a one human law, when I was being attacked by around a third of the crew.

Also, yeah, new admin toys mean we can find and destroy anyone now. No more relying on second hand info. So yes, it may take a bit, but if you do something wrong, you will be banned. Or admingriefed, depending on various factors and if I'm in a good or bad mood.

I love this game. Stole all the welders as the traitor, and am currently making the captain turn himself into a monkey since I welded every door shut.

Its pretty good, in my opinion. I think it go great to replace the teleporter, with a couple tweaks.

It would be use full of there was a way that some one could get kicked when there is no admin. I was thinking it would need to voted upon. maybe also have it set up so that you would have to write a reason for that person being kicked. also have it so that it logs the the names of every one who voted. if some one was kicked have it so that they had a ban for one hour or something like that. admins would need the power to disable the the ability to vote kick some one. also have it so that when no admins are on the kick ability automatically turns on.

I'd be hesitant about allowing vote bans. Someone decided to raid us, and an admin would have to log on to deban all the normal people.

Edit: Observe is great, if all you do is observe. The new stuff lets us find things out after the fact.

Vote-based temporary bans, that expire within a few hours, and clearly indicate when the person logs in?

Vote-based bans that can only be initiated when no admins are around.

and log pretty much every dam thing that happens, including logging the people who vote.

Don't forget to log the logs, but don't log the log logging, or it gets recursive...

If it isn't already, a copy of the log being saved to a file, and logging who acceses the logs might be a good idea, as then admins pretending to care will be evident if they don't check the log and then ban someone for something they didn't do that would be provable from 5 seconds of log-reading...
