Come on. Just because I always end up killing you in game doesn't mean you have to be an ass out of it.

The servers are hosted by the person, not BYOND.

Also, stuff I did last night, from my changelog:

"Added Descriptions in Atoms.dm.
Renamed server name in the hub_public and _private.dm to Bay Station 12.
Minor map-making stuff. (already listed in the topic)
Pretty much re-writed the motd.
Old Admin list wiped out.
Config.txt : CHanged modes probabilities for secret. No more monkey, but wizard and restructuring are in. -1 to probability for traitor. Feel free to change.    +Rename of default host to a generic name."

I've been considering allowing spawning every object in sandbox, and adding new chemistry recipes.

Also, some descriptions just don't show up in game, namely on the various bottles of chemicals. Help?

That's why I don't like the idea of public Bay12 servers too much.

I've already changed the MOtD, as in, made our own, and the admin list, I wiped that too. Plus I edited secret myself too.  ;D But I do appreciate the help, unless you mean you're hosting your own server too, which would also be nice, because as..Some wise person said, I don't like being admin, and when I do get to doing 'paperwork', I do go with option C, so, its really hard. Plus whenever I go AFK for a bit I come back and everyone gone crazy.  :P

Well..If I make everyone who doesn't make problems an admin, then everyone can deal with their own problems!  ;D Though, it hardly ever works like that. But, I have no reason not to give it a shot, as I see it, so I'll think about it, but It'll probably happen and you can be sure Yanlin will yell at me more, either way.  ;D

c) investigate into the matter to find out the truth. option C would mean that, on a public server, admins would have NO TIME WHATSOEVER TO PLAY THE GAME.
I actually don't mind this, as banning people keeps them banned, and as long as we have one other admin, we can tag in and out every other game. I haven't actually been an admin, but the investigative admin could go through walls and have zero damage, right? Otherwise we can always kill ourselves at the start of the round to get all communications into our log.

Really, we need more people to take Forensics Technician/Detective. It'd make the admins' job easier.

Also, I've just discovered the joy of tracking implants. The locator works in a "cold...cold...hot!" manner, but it is useful when you've got no AI, and/or your traitor is smart enough to hide in lockers.

On another note, admin jumping doesn't work on my version. Damn.

Genetics is awesome. Do it wrong, and you can't really be blamed. Do it right, and you can revive people. Do it properly, and your now the captain while he is blundering about as a monkey. Do it perfectly, and you have a collection of IDs and gene maps, that let you switch from person to person while blaming everyone else.

Ok everyone, forget the Public server idea. After having suffered around 6 griefers IN TWO ROUNDS, I think private is better for our sanity. Dammit, there was even a guy requesting to be transformed into a toolbox.

Well then you'll have to get on the server every single time we play and BAN griefers all the time without having a second to play, 'cause we want to enjoy ourselves and not have to spend every moment banning random people.
