I have managed to create a bazaar repository out of the BS12 code. Unfortunately, my webhost will give an error when I try to upload it there, so for now I'm hosting it on my machine.

To work with it:
- download bazaar from http://wiki.bazaar.canonical.com/Download
- start up the explorer
- in the top left: Start->Checkout
- as branch source select ftp://bs12@cib123.dyndns.org/
- as local directory select the folder where you want to store BS12
- hit OK
- enter the password I pm you
- if it says "could not connect", my laptop is currently offline
Note: If it appears to be "frozen", it is probably just downloading metadata. Be patient.
- to commit your changes to my laptop, simply hit the "Commit" button in the project view

Drop me a message if you want the password.

Note: Because Bazaar is not strictly centralized, anyone else who has the knowhow can set up a server if they want. I can also upload the repository to a permanent http/ftp/sftp host if I find one that is free, stable and grants the traffic we need.
