Is it possible to Host the server without needing to get past my router?

AFAIK, no, you have to forward ports through your router to host. Whether you want to do so or not depends on you, but whether you CAN do so or not depends on your ISP.

However, joining through that is a bit of a problem, since only bay12 members will even know the server exists, and only some of them will be able to join.

Quake, if no one is hosting after one request, constant edit bumping isn't going to cause them to do it.

I wasnt edit bumping i was editing every hour nad a half or so because i thought i sounded stupid.

I'll figure out how to forward ports safely, and get the server up.

Yeah but the IT round could do with some editing. For instance, the IT needs a briefing that is better than the current one, which is "Kill all humans. No one can survive." Or something on the lines of that. A new briefing could explain that it can kind of fly, loss of air doesn't affect it and numerous other things. Also, I was once IT and I was also the Captain, I think it should be just like the Syndicate round, when you aren't actually anyone, that way a job would not be vacant because the dude is the IT.
