Oh?  I thought there were still a couple.  I've worked on so many iterations of the map I might have just gotten confused on what I did with the current one.  I know my latest wasn't too outdated, though, because I got it from Johbson yesterday.

With the new supply shuttle system, a shortage of internals can be countered given time, but it allows a proper RPing captain to not send for them until a threat really requires them.

Also, I have often taken a set as engineer after a particularily well-fuelled engine starts affecting the generator room's temperature. IMO, it is perfectly acceptable, as there IS an immediate threat to anyone working in the engine. It also keeps others out who shoulddn't be in there in the first place.

Althought don't get to comfortable. I can't host much on weekends, I have stuff to do.

This is ~kinda~ what I'm talking about.
In the jobs which you start with internals in the room, it's basically mandatory to equip them. Toxins, Atmos and the Engine, these 3 are the most likely to cause air related damage, so it makes sense that they have more supplies. It's not metageaming, it's just planning ahead on centcom's part.
Also, what's the ip and port for the server?

Uh, perhaps I should have been more specific; I have no problem with people who need to use internals using them, including people with dangerous jobs, people who need to access a depressurized area, station-wide emergencies, etc.  What I don't like are people who go and immediately acquire the nearest set of emergency internals when no threat is present.  That is what pisses me off.
