« on: May 10, 2009, 09:24:10 am »

1: Does the Guitar eventually convert people to the Cause? I've used it in combat, and it will occassionally change people Green, but then they immediately turn Red again and attack me.

2: Is Science useful? And if so, how does one train it?

3: How do I train Leadership?

2: It is one of the interrogation skills. When your interrogation target has that skill, it forms a sort of shield. That shield is as strong as the difference in that skill.

Conversely, if you have more of that skill than someone (Even if they don't have it.) you get a bonus. Since you basically know more about the shit you're talking about.

For example, if you're interrogating a scientist and have no science skill, you'll have trouble converting him because he knows what you're trying to do and knows the "truth".

Drugs destroy this shield. But only while they are influenced.

I'm guessing Psychology and Religion are other Interrogation skills, and perform a similar function?

Psychology is the interrogation skill. Science, religion, business and street smarts are interrogation shield skills.

Psychology determines how effective your methods are. The others buffer it.

Science also lets you push the shiny red button.  This is important because the button is very shiny.

Don't forget red. Red is the color of magma, and as we all know, shiny magma is even better then non shiny magma.

Ustxu Iceraped the Frigid Crystal of Slaughter was a glacier titan. It was the only one of its kind. A gigantic feathered carp composed of crystal glass. It has five mouths full of treacherous teeth, enormous clear wings, and ferocious blue eyes. Beware its icy breath! Ustxu was associated with oceans, glaciers, boats, and murder.

Religion helps make Priest Sleepers be more effective at promoting liberalism/conservativism.

Business helps Corporate Managers and CEO Sleepers promote liberalism/conservativism, and Science help Lab Tech and Emiement Scientist sleepers.

I'm certain street smarts helps with some miscellaneous criminal things, but not certain what exactly.

The wiki should have a proper overview over all of these kinds of things. :/

Alas, the wiki is not self-maintaining, and requires continual Liberal Activism by enlightened members of the community to maintain. I've done a bit myself, but often find myself focusing on the code rather than the documentation.

Maybe it'd be an idea to have a few of the regulars team up over MSN or something, and get a proper editing job done? I'll chip in with what I have, but I'm not the most knowledgeable guy when it comes to LCS.

It's a jolly, candy-like button.
