Also that dwarven government emblem with the Elf. Did it have a gallows with the Elf hanging from the rope? And were the Dwarves dancing around it parading Elven skulls? In that case. THAT'S PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE! .

Bonus points if said rope was rope reed and the wood used in the gallows was from their caravan.
