I have no idea why, but on a hunch, I suggest Zai for the scanning. :| Just a random hunch, though. If you don't share my hunch, don't even bother scanning him.

WA is doing the usually intelligent thing. The DoT sounds like a skill that should be saved, but it's not, it's something that should be expended as soon as possible. Solifuge last game made the HUGE mistake of not using his power, even when he was about to be lynched.

WA is doing what I'd do in his situation, is what I'm saying, so I endorse it.

For some reason, a particular person has claimed the FBI Agent (before using my power... I mean, why bother scanning an important role, but it's better not telling me.), and I'm not certain that they are telling the truth. I therefore, will suggest (In case) that if this is not the real Agent, for said Agent to contact me.

And, as DoT is a one-shot character, it makes the most sense to use it to find someone helpful Day One. At least then there will be a somewhat Town base.
